Job summary

Chevron's Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the IT Organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, define project scope, allocate tasks, and ensure delivery within budget and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or business, 5–10 years PM experience (ERP a plus), PMP or equivalent, and fluency in English. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT or business discipline is required.
• 5–10 years of project management experience; ERP implementation/support preferred.
• Current PMP Certification or similar.
• Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ADO.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Highly proficient in English; strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project conditions.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate team members.
• Estimate costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Identify issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Complete project documentation and evaluations.
