Job summary

Serial De La Torre is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an international project in the oil & gas / petrochemical sector. The role focuses on safe, efficient inventory management and materials coordination across multiple departments and contractors.

The candidate will oversee parts, chemicals, and equipment, document inflows and outflows, and conduct cycle counts while adhering to HSE standards. English proficiency is required and rotation schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in inventory control and materials coordination.
• Experience in industrial/ petrochemical sector preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory (spare parts, chemicals, and equipment).
• Act as single point of contact with all departments, suppliers, and contractors.
• Coordinate, request, receive, and approve materials and spare parts.
• Document materials inflows and outflows.
• Conduct cyclic inventory counts.
• Maintain and track rental equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate solid experience in materials handling and identification, purchasing, order tracking, and inventory management.
• Availability to work under rotational schedules.
