Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Analyst, GSS Capital Planning to join our Global Shared Services in Buenos Aires. You will support capital projects, prepare review materials, and participate in close/forecast activities with finance and operations teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's in finance/accounting and 2–3 years FP&A experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint, English/Spanish, and ERP knowledge (HFM/Oracle/SAP).
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of FP&A or similar analytical roles.
- Experience with ERP platforms (HFM, Oracle, SAP or similar).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with planning tools such as Hyperion or Oracle EPM.
Responsabilidades
- Support capital-related processes by assisting with setup, tracking, and closeout of projects.
- Prepare materials for Standard Project Approval Review meetings.
- Participate in month-end close and forecasting activities for projects.
- Provide support for business partners and fulfill ad hoc requests.
- Assist in procure-to-pay processes and project spend governance.
- Create project shells and set up tasks in the PM system.
- Oversee timesheets and financial transactions for accuracy.
- Update and refine project spend forecasts as needed.
- Extract, analyze, and summarize data for ad hoc reporting requests.
