This three-and-a-half-year path combines classroom training, field experience, mentoring, and professional development to prepare future Field Engineers for demanding environments in the energy sector.

You will rotate through technical bootcamps, live field operations, and competency-based progression, with opportunities to work domestically and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed within the previous 12 months.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in hands-on technical work and field operations.
• Willing to travel extensively and work in rotational schedules.
• Demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability, and safety mindset.

Aufgaben

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps and on-the-job training.
• Execute field operations alongside engineers in live environments.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and services.
• Apply procedures and make decisions in dynamic situations.
• Support customers and field crews during operations.
• Travel as required and rotate through assignments.
• Progress through competency levels and milestones.
• Complete capstone project and program graduation milestones.
