Chevron Corporation seeks a seasoned finance leader to head the Buenos Aires-based Global Exploration & MCPs Support Team. You will oversee monthly close, JV accounting, and cost management across multiple jurisdictions, delivering high‑quality insights and ensuring strong internal controls.

You will partner with Country Managers, BPF, CEPS, and external auditors, driving standardization and continuous improvement while mentoring a distributed team.

Formación

• Strong leadership and communication across a distributed team.
• Experience in SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Knowledge of JV accounting, cost recovery, and statutory reporting.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Buenos Aires-based Global Exploration & MCPs Support team, overseeing monthly close, accruals, and JV accounting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure SOX controls are evidenced and audit findings remediated; coordinate with external auditors and partners.
• Partner with Exploration BPF, Country Managers, CEPS, and other stakeholders to drive performance insights and governance.
• Drive process standardization, digital enablement, and transitions of country ownership; mentor and develop analysts.
