Rio Tinto is seeking a Senior Adviser, Ethics & Compliance (Triage & Assessment) to lead the global intake and routing of myVoice reports. You will ensure timely acknowledgement, assessment, escalation and closure while protecting confidentiality and privacy across multiple time zones.

You will manage risk-based triage, collaborate with subject matter experts, and coordinate with Legal to handle privilege and regulatory considerations, supporting a high-integrity reporting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive whistleblowing experience in large organisations.
• Proven triage, assessment and escalation capabilities.
• Strong data discipline with case management systems.

• Oversee intake, assessment and prioritisation of reports with risk-based routing.
• Coordinate with Legal on privilege, rights and regulatory considerations.
• Protect confidentiality and ensure non-retaliation throughout intake and investigation.
