Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II – Clinical Trials in Argentina to lead end-to-end delivery of assigned trials, from initiation to close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution with GCP and regulatory requirements.

The role requires oversight of cross-functional teams, risk management, vendor coordination, and audit readiness, with a focus on multi-site dermatology or rheumatology trials and strong communication and leadership.

Formación

• BSc in a clinical research-related field.
• 5+ years in the industry, with 3+ years in Phase I–III trials.
• Experience managing multi-site trials.
• Dermatology or rheumatology trial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, and Latam regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main sponsor contact and provide regular study updates.
• Lead study planning and execution, including start-up, site activation, vendor coordination, and project deliverables.
• Oversee study budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and change orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and audit readiness.
• Monitor recruitment, study progress, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and support cross-functional project teams and ensure project-specific training compliance.
