Formación

• Thorough knowledge of USPH practices and procedures.
• Good oral and written command of the English language.
• Experience in cruise ship industry galley operation.
• Working knowledge of scientific cleaning and sanitation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Follow operational methods and seek advice when necessary.
• Work as part of a cleaning team for galley equipment.
• Assist with unloading and storing food deliveries.
• Participate in scheduled deep cleaning.
• Report equipment defects to supervisors.
• Conduct cleaning in compliance with regulations.
• Act as a company representative and maintain professional relationships.

Conocimientos
