Greencode Software is seeking a passionate Functional Analyst to join a collaborative team in Buenos Aires. You will perform survey, analysis and design of computer systems, capturing client requirements and translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance tests.

The role emphasizes agile practices, discovery techniques, and communication with stakeholders. Flexible hours and home-office options are available to support a productive work-life balance.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in the role.
• Knowledge of the software development cycle.
• Knowledge of API structures, inputs and outputs.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in systems.
• Familiar with backlog discovery and refinement.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or Redmine.
• Knowledge of database query languages.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tasks of survey, analysis and design of computer systems.
• Understand, establish and formalize the client's requirements.
• Model, classify, prioritize and validate customer requirements.
• Specify through user stories the client's requirements.
• Translate functional information into requirements.
• Define and specify acceptance tests to verify compliance with the requirements in the deliverables.
• Write test cases documentation.
• Create manuals and support documentation for your team and clients.
