Thaia in Buenos Aires seeks a Full-stack Platform Engineer to own features across Auth, Billing, and core business logic. You will work across the stack from idea to production, building admin panels and internal tools with product and design collaboration.

You’ll ship end-to-end features, improve reliability and UX, and take ownership of the platform from UI through backend services. Strong React/TypeScript, Python or Rust, Node.js and PostgreSQL experience are required; English fluency is

Formación

• 7+ years building product across the full stack
• Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Solid backend experience in Python or Rust and Node.js
• PostgreSQL or equivalent
• You've worked on Auth or Billing systems before
• You take ownership end-to-end: design decisions, edge cases, production incidents
• Fluent English — collaboration with NY team

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain features across Auth, Billing, and core Business Logic
• Own self-serve improvements that reduce friction for users and reduce load on internal teams
• Work on the Admin Panel and internal tooling — interfaces that make the team faster and the product more operable
• Collaborate closely with product and design to scope, build, and ship across the full stack
• Identify gaps in reliability or user experience and fix them without waiting to be asked
