Job summary

UltaHost is seeking a talented software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications. You will work with Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript to build secure REST APIs and robust backend services.

You will design database schemas with Prisma ORM across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, while leveraging AI coding tools to streamline development. Collaboration with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams is essential throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Production experience with Node.js and NestJS
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM, PostgresSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, Supertest, or similar frameworks
• Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or similar
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and modern engineering best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
