Wallbit is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build growth-driving features, from user experiences to internal tools for the Growth team. The role focuses on activation, conversion, retention and monetization through scalable solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with Growth and Product, implement experiments, and ensure code quality while working in a fast-paced environment. This contractor role offers global compensation and remote-friendly arrangements.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Experience with modern backend and frontend/mobile tech; stack includes Laravel (PHP) and React Native, Python and JavaScript are acceptable alternatives.
• Strong ownership of features end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with experimentation and iteration.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and efficient problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop full-stack features (backend and frontend/mobile) to improve activation, conversion, retention and monetization.
• Design and implement product experiments (A/B tests) and iteratively improve, balancing speed and quality.
• Integrate analytics and tracking to measure user behavior and impact of releases.
• Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards to boost Growth team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure architectural consistency, code quality and best engineering practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop full-stack features (backend and frontend/mobile) focused on improving user activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Design and implement product experiments (A/B tests) and iterative improvements, balancing speed of execution with technical quality.
• Integrate analytics and tracking tools to measure user behavior and evaluate the impact of every release.
• Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that improve the operational efficiency of the Growth team.
• Partner closely with Growth and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure architectural consistency, code quality, and engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Experience working with modern backend and frontend/mobile technologies. Our current stack includes Laravel (PHP) and React Native, supported by Python and JavaScript. You don’t need experience with this exact stack, we value strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where experimentation and rapid iteration are part of the development process.
• Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and solving problems efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in Growth teams, B2C digital products, or high-growth startups.
• Experience in the fintech or consumer technology industry.
• Familiarity with building simple data pipelines, internal dashboards, or workflow automations.
