EPAM Systems is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to join our team. You will be a central contributor within the squad, independently handling end-to-end development on a modern cloud-native AWS infrastructure, while collaborating with Product, UX, Tech Lead, and business stakeholders.

You will build features with Node.js on the backend and Angular on the frontend, participate in design discussions, deploy and monitor components in the cloud via AWS services

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer in digital or scalable environments.
• Strong command of TypeScript, RxJS, and SCSS.
• Solid experience with Angular frontend development.
• Experience with Fastify for backend services.
• Experience designing, consuming, and integrating REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with Clean Code and SOLID principles.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging (RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS).
• Experience writing unit tests with Jest and E2E with Cypress.
• Proficient English written and spoken (B2+).

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to join our team. In this position, you will act as a central contributor within the squad, independently handling end-to-end development on a modern cloud-native infrastructure in AWS, while working in a dynamic ecosystem alongside Product, UX, the Tech Lead, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine new features using Node.js on the backend and Angular on the frontend, keeping the code clean and maintainable.
• Take an active part in the squad's technical and software design discussions, sharing your perspective and enriching the architecture set by the Tech Lead.
• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of components in the cloud through AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Safeguard software quality by creating and executing automated unit and integration tests with Jest and Cypress.
• Uphold code performance and scalability within event-driven architectures.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Business teams to interpret functional requirements and turn them into effective technical solutions.
• Engage in cross-code reviews to maintain consistency and elevate the team's overall technical standards.

Qualifications

• No less than 2 years of hands‑on professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within digital or medium to high-scalability environments.
• Strong command of TypeScript, RxJS, and SCSS markup.
• Solid experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Applied experience with Fastify for building backend services.
• Background in the design, consumption, and integration of REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge or prior exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Consistent application of best practices, including Clean Code and SOLID principles.
• Awareness of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and AWS SNS/SQS.
• Quality-oriented mindset with experience in writing unit tests using Jest, along with Cypress or similar tools for E2E testing.
• English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Prior background or knowledge of the Fintech industry, digital banking, or high-transaction platforms.
• Hands‑on exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka for distributed event streaming.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
