As the Research and Impact Acceleration Lead, you are part of the Product Design Capability Center and report to the Head of Product Design. In this role, you define and lead the vision, strategy, and multi-year plan for accelerating research and impact across the team through improvements in germplasm improvement units. You mobilize the organization to turn speed of learning, evidence quality, and iteration capacity into a durable competitive advantage in how the early part of the breeding pipeline operates, ensuring that innovation translates into faster, higher-quality product delivery for growers and customers worldwide.
