easypeasy is an AI-first EdTech company expanding with a small Buenos Aires hub. We are hiring one person to join it—not as an employee, not a department, not a team of engineers: a founder-type builder joining the founding team of our Buenos Aires hub from day one.
You will own real problems across sales, operations, and growth, work full-time in person in Buenos Aires, and show a track record of shipping AI solutions and building tools.
easypeasy is an AI-first EdTech company. The systems that run our operation are built in-house. We provide live online English courses in Italy, Spain and Germany, and we are opening a small in-person hub in Buenos Aires with one of the founders.

We will not reply to your application unless all of these are true. Please re‑read before applying.
If any of these is a stretch, this role is not for you yet. Save your time and ours.
You get a problem, not a ticket. There are hundreds of them. You will not run out.
The problems live everywhere: sales & marketing, operations, growth.
For each of these, the work is:
Sometimes the fix is an LLM agent or an automation that removes manual work. Sometimes it is a spreadsheet and three phone calls. You decide, and you own the result.
Your days will not look alike. Nobody will tell you what to do every morning. The person who thrives here is the one who sees a problem, picks it up, and moves on it before anyone asks.
Early career, roughly 0 to 3 years out of university, with a computer science, engineering or data background. Beyond the must‑haves above, we care about four things:
1. You get things done. You have shipped real things end to end, not just at work: side projects with users, freelance clients, hackathon wins, a business you ran. When something is broken you fix it without being asked. You do not need coaching to start moving.
2. You think in a structured way about business problems. Given a messy problem, you can break it down, say what you would measure, and propose a concrete solution, not a list of ideas. The interview tests exactly this. Most candidates who fail, fail here.
3. You want this specific kind of life for the next few years. Long days, in person, next to a founder and other builders. You give up balance for two to four years and get compressed growth and real ownership in return. Some people want that trade, most do not. Only apply if you do.
4. You use AI as leverage, not as a toy. Not “I use ChatGPT sometimes” but something you built with AI that produces a result on its own. A workflow that saves you hours every week. An agent that handles a task without you touching it. A tool that changed how your team works. If you have your own AI setup running right now, we want to see it. Our stack is TypeScript (Next.js, NestJS), PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Redis, Docker, Claude Code and LLM APIs. We care less about what you know than about how fast you learn.
We would rather you self‑select out now than after a call.
The process is selective. A few tips so you have a real shot:
