AgileEngine is seeking a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product. You will drive greenfield development, turning product needs into engineering tasks while building familiarity with iOS and low-level tech as needed. You will supervise AI-assisted development and verify implementations with Claude Code as part of daily work.

The role requires strong Flutter skills (3+ years) and a readiness to expand to C++, frontend tasks, and CI/CD in support of the product.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development as the sole engineer allocated to the product.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps and ask useful questions.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development and review generated code.
• Willingness to learn outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, frontend tasks, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS.
• Drive greenfield implementation by turning product needs into engineering tasks and decisions.
• Develop the product using Flutter and understand surrounding iOS and low-level tech as needed.
• Resolve unfamiliar technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and AI tools.
• Use Claude Code in daily development while ensuring correctness and quality.
• Contribute to adjacent engineering tasks, including build and delivery workflows when required.
