Job summary

Dentsu in Buenos Aires seeks a Finance Operations Specialist to support end-to-end transaction processes within Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report.

You will follow SOPs, maintain process documentation, ensure audit readiness, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements while delivering accurate data for internal and external audits.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Buenos Aires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with end-to-end transaction processes.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs and maintains process documentation and ensuring audit compliance.
• Executes process deliverables as required by the process ensuring error free processing.
• Executes changes to Master Data and its impact across multiple systems and processes following clear definitions.
• Engages with stakeholders to understand the requirements, set expectations and discuss them with the Operations Manager.
• Initiates and assists in continuous process improvements.
• Escalates issues to the Operations Manager and suggests action plans to resolve them.
• Provides accurate, timely information to support external, internal and client audits.
