Alignerr is seeking finance lecturers and economists to shape how AI understands financial reasoning. This remote, hourly, task-based role offers 10–40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and collaboration across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level, a strong grasp of corporate finance or financial economics, and are able to deliver structured feedback on AI-generated content.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics
• Ability to evaluate and critique written financial reasoning at scale
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsabilidades

• Review finance-related questions, explanations and reasoning used in AI training datasets
• Evaluate accuracy of financial concepts like valuation, risk and capital markets
• Identify misconceptions or unclear reasoning in AI-generated finance content
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve quality and clarity of AI financial reasoning
• Flag common student misconceptions to prevent AI misrepresentation
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Review finance-related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets
• Evaluate the accuracy of financial concepts including valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory
• Identify misconceptions, logical gaps, or unclear reasoning in AI-generated financial content
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality and clarity of AI financial reasoning
• Apply your teaching experience to flag common student misconceptions that AI systems replicate
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics
• Able to clearly evaluate and critique written financial reasoning at scale
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable communicator who can provide actionable, structured feedback

Nice to Have

• Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Industry or applied finance experience (investment banking, asset management, consulting, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation or data labeling workflows
