Salary: Starting at $650 USD/month, increasing to $850 USD/month after meeting KPIs by the 60th day of employment, with quarterly evaluations and opportunities for raises.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated File Resolution Specialist / Legal Aid to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and edit contracts and other legal documents.
  • Organize and schedule notary appointments efficiently.
  • Analyze paperwork for discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate legal processes and provide recommendations for best next steps.
  • Source legal documents and evidence via public records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • C2 level English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience working as an attorney, paralegal, or similar role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong technological proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also working well collaboratively with our team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Full commitment to the role and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Functional knowledge of probate and/or associated legal processes is preferred.
