Nabors is a global leader in drilling technology and services, seeking an engineer/analyst to support operations, management, and marketing with technical and analytical expertise.

The role focuses on contract review, bid preparation, and coordinating with engineering and technical departments to optimize drilling processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. A BS in mechanical or petroleum engineering is required, 1–2 years field drilling ops preferred.

Formación

• 1-2 years of general land drilling operations experience.
• Knowledge of drilling operations concepts and procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams or individually.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor of Science in mechanical or petroleum engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with contracts preparation and bids.
• Support engineering/technical teams to improve drilling processes.
• Analyze monthly rig maintenance costs and flag excessive expenditures.
• Attend district meetings and coordinate with customers and management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting and with special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
