P&A Account & Portfolio Performance is responsible for maximizing business performance outcomes by driving actionable solutions across portfolios and accounts focusing on growth, sustained profitability, and cash‑flow health. The role serves as the primary finance partner and business advisor, providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning, and strategy execution.

  • Support a specific portfolio senior leadership team as the finance point of contact and advisor for all financially related aspects of the portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and the production of monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with the development of standard planning and forecasting requirements, processes, instructions, calendars, and templates for financial activities within the portfolio.
  • Assist with integration of planning and forecasting processes across several dimensions, including functional area, business activity, and client chargeable drivers.
  • Provide financial support to portfolio leadership with analysis and proposals to generate cost reduction, headcount management, profit improvement, and revenue expansion.
  • Proactively participate in the implementation of initiatives to achieve cost reductions, profit improvement, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate across teams to determine and share best practices in all aspects of financial management.
  • Provide support and analysis around the design, set‑up and implementation of new structures and approaches within the economic model.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly processes and coordinate work efforts with team members.
  • Serve as the main speaker in calls with leadership, presenting results, forecasts, and work efforts, and communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses as required.
  • Maintain high-level exposure with senior managers and leadership; analyze and solve moderately complex problems; develop new solutions when necessary.
  • Understand and drive the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Technical and Personal Skills
  • Student/degree in finance/accounting or related fields
  • Advanced English (oral/written)
  • Excel (dynamic tables, advanced formulas, macros) and Power Point skills
  • Desirable skills: Storytelling, visualization tools (Power BI), data analytics, SQL and automation
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment
  • Self‑driven, proactive, inquisitive; works with little supervision adhering to a specific calendar of deliverables and asks for guidance when challenged
  • Ability to supervise and serve as a role model to others
  • Ability to lead an ad‑hoc project with little or no supervision, seeking guidance when challenged or proposing solutions to unexpected challenges
  • Ability to proactively identify areas for analysis or requiring attention
