EY-Parthenon is establishing a Strategy Realized Global Delivery Team in Argentina to provide near-shore support to US teams on strategic engagements across market entry, growth strategy, and operational transformation. The Senior Associate/Consultant will drive workstream execution with strong problem solving and analytics in a fast-paced client-service environment.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or internal roles within industry in corporate strategy, corporate or business development functions
• Demonstrated ability to independently work on a module or workstream with limited supervision, including managing analyses, timelines, outputs, and stakeholder inputs
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis, including comfort working with imperfect and/or large data sets and multiple information sources
• Ability to work effectively across time zones in a near-shore delivery model and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
• Professional services, consulting, or client-facing project experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Workstream ownership: Own one or portions of a workstream within the engagement; responsible for work planning, problem structuring, hypothesis formulation, data analyses, results synthesis, and output creation.
• Project / work planning: Coordinate day-to-day workstream execution, including managing timelines, tracking inputs, aligning with team members, and raising issues early.
• Structured problem solving: Translate ambiguous strategic questions into clear issue trees, analyses, research plans, and decision-oriented work products.
• Analytics: Define key analyses to support problem solving, determine data sets needed, review/clean/normalize data, and synthesize insights.
• Recommendations design: Interpret findings and develop implications, outlining risks, trade-offs, and actions for clients.
• Deliverable development: Build client-ready deliverables (Excel models, PowerPoint slides, dashboards) per EY guidelines.
• Quality reviews: Support coaching and quality review for junior team members as the near-shore team scales.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with global teams to deliver work in a timely manner.

The opportunity

EY-Parthenon is establishing a Strategy Realized Global Delivery Team in Argentina to provide ‘near-shore’ support to the US teams. The Argentina based team(s) are expected to be involved on client engagements across the Strategy Realized service line, including but not limited to engagements focused on strategic assessments, growth strategy, new market or product entry, venture building, go-to-market, commercial diligence and operational transformation. The Senior Associate / Consultant will be a core delivery team member who can independently drive workstream execution while partnering closely with onshore / US-based and broader global delivery (likely India) engagement teams.

This role is designed for a strong problem solver who can translate ambiguous business questions into structured hypotheses, analytical plans, and executive-ready recommendations. The successful candidate will combine consulting discipline, analytical rigor, strong business judgment, an AI-first mindset with excellent deliverable development skills to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Workstream ownership: Own one or portions of a workstream within the engagement; for these workstreams, responsible for work planning, problem structuring, hypothesis formulation, data analyses, results synthesis, and output creation with guidance from US and/or Argentina project leadership
• Project / work planning: Coordinate day-to-day workstream execution, including managing timelines, tracking inputs, aligning with team members, and raising issues early
• Structured problem solving: Translate ambiguous strategic questions into clear issue trees, analytical approaches, research plans, and decision-oriented work products.
• Analytics: Define key analyses to support problem solving, determine the data sets needed, review / clean / normalize datasets, define methodologies for assessment, tools / platforms to be used, conduct and review results from assessment and synthesize insights and limitations of findings
• Recommendations design: Interpret findings and develop implications, moving beyond data gathering to articulate the “so what”, risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions for clients
• Deliverable development: Build client-ready deliverables (excel models, PowerPoint slides, dashboards, etc.) in accordance with EYP guidelines
• Quality reviews: Support coaching and quality review for junior team members as the near-shore team scales
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate proactively and frequently with global teams to deliver work in a timely manner

Qualifications and experience

• Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or internal roles within industry in corporate strategy, corporate or business development functions
• Demonstrated ability to independently work on a module or workstream with limited supervision, including managing analyses, timelines, outputs, and stakeholder inputs
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred experience

• Experience performing market landscape assessments, customer and competitor research, market sizing, revenue growth analysis, synergy assessment, or transformation roadmap development
• Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel
• Demonstrated aptitude to learn, use and keep pace with AI tools and solutions coming to market, and drive adoption to enhance work product delivery
