CATL invites you to explore the role of ESS Technical Solution Engineer. In this position you will demonstrate product capabilities, engage with clients to identify needs, and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that win projects.

You will support negotiations and provide ongoing technical assistance to customers. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of the local ESS market to help CATL deliver value and drive successful outcomes

Formación

• At least 2 years work experience in local ESS market.
• Experience as AE or SE in ESS market is advantageous.
• Experience in utility or ESS developer companies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local ESS project development requirements is advantageous.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong market and competitor analysis abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong logical and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate product function and technical benefits to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and requirements and assess competition.
• Develop tailored solutions with internal teams to meet client projects.
• Create detailed proposals outlining technical solutions and business value.
• Provide ongoing technical support and address client questions.
• Participate in technical negotiations to finalize agreements.
• Identify risks and provide preventive solutions across project lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and relay insights for product/service improvements.
