Americanflat is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk for our Argentina entity. The role supports day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation.

This position is home-based with a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday. You will work with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting, assist with year-end closing, and maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all

Competenze

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity.
