Gates Corporation is seeking a senior specialist to lead ERP master data governance and analytics for our global supply chain. You will manage item data, planning parameters, and inventory attributes within Oracle, while partnering with planning and IT teams to resolve data issues and drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in supply chain with ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of supply chain experience, with exposure to planning, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and managing master data and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, and inventory planning).
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and system support.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ERP master data & governance team, managing item data, planning parameters, sourcing information, and inventory attributes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve supply chain reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision making.
• Support ERP functionality, system enhancements, testing activities, and continual process improvements.
• Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with Demand, Supply, Production, and Deployment teams to support data and system requirements.
• Drive process improvements, user adoption, and reporting enhancements, including risk assessments.
