Job summary

Bechtel in Argentina invites applications for a role managing environmental permits and regulatory compliance across mining, energy and infrastructure projects. You will translate environmental requirements into engineering criteria, support project planning, and ensure adherence to national and provincial rules.

Qualifications

Electrical engineer with 10 years in substation and line construction.
High voltage experience in mining projects.
Detail-oriented with ability to learn and apply regulations.
Ability to communicate with design engineers and authorities.
Strong project coordination and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the project permits matrix with deadlines.
Prepare, review and submit the Environmental Impact Report and updates.
Manage sectoral permits (water use, effluent, emissions, hazardous waste).
Maintain technical dialogue with authorities and respond to observations.
Coordinate environmental constraints within engineering and project planning.
