Qualifications

• Verifiable participation in at least one complete cycle of environmental processing: study, submission, response to observations, approval.
• Experience interacting with provincial and national authorities and supervising environmental consultancies.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment methodologies and design of monitoring plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the project permits matrix with deadlines and submissions.
• Prepare and submit Environmental Impact Report and updates with technical documentation.
• Manage associated permits: water use, emissions, hazardous waste, soil movement, and vegetation interventions.
• Maintain dialogue with enforcement authorities, respond to observations and audits.
• Define environmental baselines and supervise consulting firms.
