Fortrea invites applications for a Project Coordinator I within the Project Management Academy. This role supports the Project Lead and mentors later PCs, operating in a structured, learning-focused environment.

You will assist with scheduling, budgeting, and change orders, while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and project governance. Fortrea emphasizes teamwork and a pathway to growth.

Formación

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or related allied health certification.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs preferred.
• Computer competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop accurate study-related documents with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain project schedules with the project team.
• Update timelines in MS Project, CTMS and other trackers; escalate when timelines risk.
• Assist with TAQ/TAR reviews and sponsor financial tracking and reconciliation.
• Maintain Contract vs Study Plan Review trackers and out-of-scope work log.
• Update RIIM tool for risk identification and issue resolution; support RA CT.
• Support audits and CAPA closure with study team.
• Facilitate team meetings and maintain project communication logs and trackers.
• Maintain Lessons Learned tracker.
• Perform other duties as needed.
