Fluor Corporation in Argentina seeks an administrative professional to support project management and discipline managers. You will handle routine assignments, maintain confidential information, and help develop standards and guidelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements.

The role requires a 4-year degree (or global equivalent) with related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage details and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with two years of relevant work experience, or six years’ related experience without a degree.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local statutes and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

  • Deliver quality work and adhere to the Operating System Requirements (OSR).
  • Administer and maintain confidential information and apply policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing project/department standards, procedures, practices and guidelines.
  • Coordinate personnel availability and space needs with project management and operating centers.

This role performs small number of routine assignments, evaluates, selects, and applies standard administrative techniques to projects and/or departments.• Deliver quality work, and adhere to the Operating System Requirements (OSR)• Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information and apply general understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations• Assist in the development of project and department standards, procedures, practices, and guidelines• Identify and evaluate personnel availability for internal and external assignments• Develop and administer documentation for personnel transactions• Coordinate and allocate space needs with operating center, project management, and/or task force• Other duties as assignedBasic Job Requirements• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six(6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerOther Job Requirements• Serve as department representative to internal clients• Support global project and/or department initiatives• Engage in Fluor's global community, promoting a OneFluor mindset• Implement global strategy at the local level• Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communitiesPreferred Qualifications• Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and delegate workloadWe are an equal opportunity employer.
