A leading global energy company is seeking an HR Enabler specialist to manage processes for Employee and Labor Relations. The candidate will assist employees with inquiries, manage HR transactions in systems like Workday and SAP, and ensure compliance with local regulations. A degree in Labor Relations or similar fields and strong HR knowledge are essential. This role requires excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach, plus the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Manage processes for Employee and Labor Relations area through the life cycle activities. Collaborate with Employee Relations team from administrative perspective and execute the transactions behind the Employee relation procedures.What will make you successful:- Manage employee queries and requests through Snow as level 2 of HR Connect support based on the complexity of the query which require checking in payroll system, as well as processing certain type of transactions (certificates, flexibility programs, etc)- Management and recording of transactions in Workday, SAP Payroll for all process along Employee life cycle (LOA, Certificates, Flexibility, Remote Work, Special conditions, hour reduction, voluntary exits, etc)- Management of the employee situation with official organisms (Social Security System, Employment office, official certificates)- Generate and validate the documentation across the transactions to be signed digitally by the employee.- Reception, taggeting and digitization of employee files and archive.- Inmigration support for foreign employees to guide and help on the work permit and another permits.- Deeply knowledge of employee model data in HR Systems to understand, search, check and validate the accuracy of the employee information to give them the correct support.- HR Enabler specialist and HR Enabler Lead roles.
