The successful candidate will hold NCCCO or NCCER crane certification and demonstrate effective communication to coordinate with crew while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Must have NCCCO or NCCER crane operator certification with endorsements for operated cranes.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specs, and safety standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate cranes safely in construction operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and pre-shift checks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew and provide feedback for readiness of materials and tools.
• Identify improvements and learn from others to increase efficiency.
• Inspect subordinate work for accuracy and compliance with plans.
