Main responsibilities
  • This EMEA-LAO Consumer & Research Insights specialist job role sits within our Kimberly Clark Professional (KCP) Team in our LAO head office in Buenos Aires. It is part of the EMEA‑LAO Strategy & Research Insights Team, which provides strategy and market insights across sales, category, and marketing to different business functions (EMEA & LAO).
  • This role is responsible for exploring consumer trends (B2B decision makers) for the hygiene and safety business for both regions (EMEA & LAO).
  • Responsible for relieving customer information, primary data, and reporting on Customer effort score, NPS, and drivers of satisfaction / dissatisfaction, results by market, subsegment (end users, distributors), subcategory (traditional / manufacturing).
  • Drive insights at cluster, regional / country level.
  • Drive insights at customer experience, channel account executives (CAE), category level, field marketing for short- to mid-term product strategies.
  • Assess performance on end‑users.
  • Assess performance in distributors.
  • Help in the acquisition of vendors and purchase process of different market research projects.
  • Help to understand the characteristics of our customers, our new customers and our churn. This includes: characterizing different segments of customers (RFM); characterizing drivers of acquisition among new customers; characterizing drivers of abandonment among lost customers.
  • Help in the execution of in‑depth interviews, focus groups, surveys and other methodologies within end‑users and distributors from KCP EMEA & LAO.
  • Construct qualitative guidelines, quantitative surveys.
  • Follow up the agenda of the different interlocutors (end‑users and distributors).
  • Construct crosstab results from surveys; construct weighted databases from quantitative data if necessary.
  • Execute ad‑hoc projects from customers such as “in‑depth interviews LAO”, “sustainability”. Analyze and look for actionable insights using various methodologies available with our customers.
  • Perform deep analysis, generate reports, and share data, insights and recommendations with stakeholders from EMEA & LAO.
  • Provide insights within category teams and field marketing.
  • Communicate insights in a powerful, quantified, and user‑friendly way while measuring adoption and actions taken.
  • Deliver insights on the performance of our EMEA & LAO customer experience and recommend a course of action based on secondary and primary data identified by self, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly and monthly analysis and reports as appropriate; provide ad‑hoc reporting as required.
  • Support the cluster leadership team(s); deliver insights on the performance of our cluster business and recommend and track a course of action based on market data.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Loyalty Squad for championship customers and category leaders.
