Exp Federal is seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide regional technical support for a potential project in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role requires an active US security clearance and experience applying UFC 1-200-01, UFC 1-201-02, and UFC 3-500 series standards.

The engineer will inspect electrical installations for code compliance, review designs, and may prepare drawings and specifications for repairs and maintenance of electrical systems. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Formación

• BSEE degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of low voltage (<1 kV).
• Active Security Clearance from the US Federal Government. Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop inspection criteria and electrical designs, review designs by A‑E firms or government bodies, and resolve design issues during construction and inspection.
• Provide expertise on electrical systems for installation, modification, operation, and maintenance of facilities and power distribution.
• Review electrical installations to ensure code compliance for new or ongoing construction as a subject matter expert.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and procedures for installation, repair, or maintenance of electrical equipment and systems as needed.
• Prepare and/or review design calculations.
