Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Argentina seeks a Technical Sales Engineer - Industry to develop key accounts and prospect new clients in the B2B industrial sector. You will drive growth by managing the full sales cycle, presenting technical solutions, and expanding our product lines across tools, equipment and training.

You will engage with automotive, metalworking, and related industries, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver demonstrations and quotations to close deals.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or progress toward one with a technical inclination.
• Strong commercial sense paired with a technical profile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop key accounts and prospect new clients to grow market share in assigned zone.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing and terms negotiation.
• Promote sale of equipment, tools, spare parts and trainings.
• Improve long-term relationships with current clients.
• Understand client needs to provide effective solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications and quotations.
• Provide technical demonstrations and assist with application approvals.
• Handle account management and after-sales follow-up.
