Nortal is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Operations, Data Management, and System Integration. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that boost efficiency.

You will collaborate across Marketing, IT, and Data teams, support CRM platforms, manage data migrations, and help drive digital transformation across LATAM with a remote-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience translating business needs into functional solutions.
• 2–3+ years in Marketing Operations including marketing workflows and CRM systems.
• 3+ years in Data Management with data validation, mapping and quality checks.
• 2–3+ years in System Integration and Data Migration projects.
• 4+ years in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process diagrams.
• 2+ years coordinating UAT and validating requirements.

About The Project

As a Business Systems Analyst you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, support data migration initiatives, and deliver technology-driven solutions that improve business efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Support marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Participate in data migration, data mapping, validation, and system integration projects.
• Create functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
• Perform data analysis and quality validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Support system deployments, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional project delivery.

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis: Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into functional solutions.
• 2–3+ years of Marketing Operations: Experience with marketing workflows, CRM systems, marketing automation, or marketing technology platforms.
• 3+ years of Data Management & Analysis: Experience with data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and data quality. SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
• 2–3+ years of System Integration & Data Migration: Experience supporting enterprise integrations, data migration, and system modernization projects.
• 4+ years of Functional Documentation: Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
• 2+ years of UAT & Solution Validation: Experience coordinating testing activities, validating requirements, and tracking defects.
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to support project delivery.
• 2+ years of Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
