Responsibilities include managing relationships with e-commerce partners, achieving sales targets, and developing marketing plans for online platforms. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with the e-commerce partners
  • Conclusion of contracts with online partners, commercial negotiations
  • Achieve sell-through/sell-out targets
  • Develop online activation plan to support new product launches and promotions
  • Launch special digital projects in cooperation with e-commerce partners
  • Control products visibility on partners’ web-sites
  • Work closely together with internal departments such as marketing teams and finance to ensure a perfect execution of the activities
  • Support the development of e-commerce and omni-channel strategies
  • Analyze partners in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues and develop and implement the necessary plans of action
  • Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans at e-retailers webshops
  • Own and set the digital commerce strategy for e-retailers
  • Drive strategic partnerships with e-retailers to deliver on their capability agenda and future growth
  • Understand the shopper path to purchase, how brands engage with consumers throughout this and obsess over how our brands appear online
Qualifications
  • Has 2 or more years of previous work experience in a similar position / sales&marketing area
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
  • Has understanding of the online market and KPIs
  • Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients; strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent team work, collaboration and networking skills
  • Organizational skills, with the capacity to set the priorities and work in a complex environment
  • Business-driven and result-oriented person with highly developed analytical skills
  • Responsible person with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian
