Formación

E-commerce Tech Specialist

OPEN FOR LATAM – FULL TIME – REMOTE. Position: E-commerce Tech Specialist. Contract: Independent contractor. Working Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Work from any corner of LATAM and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!

Scope of the Role

We seek a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Tech Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing landing pages on Funnelish and Shopify, developing our Shopify store, generating complex marketing spreadsheet reports, communicating with our tech providers to ensure smooth operations, and taking ownership of all things tech.

Responsibilities

• Funnel Building and Maintenance: Develop, optimize, and maintain sales funnels using Funnelish, ensuring all technical aspects function correctly.


• Landing Page Creation: Build and maintain landing pages on Shopify using page builders such as Funnelish and PageFly.


• Shopify Store Development/Management and Product Management: Develop and optimize our Shopify store to enhance user experience and drive sales. Manage product listings, descriptions, and updates to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.


• Marketing Data Analysis: Create and manage complex marketing spreadsheet reports using Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.


• Technical Communication: Serve as the main point of contact with tech providers to resolve bugs and implement updates as required by the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.


• 2+ years of experience in a similar role involving tech-related tasks and process building.


• 2+ years of experience creating landing pages with any page builder. (Funnelish and PageFly are preferred).


• Expertise in Google Sheets, including the ability to create and maintain complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated reports.


• Experience managing Shopify apps and understanding their integration and functionality.
