Accenture is seeking an eBilling Operations Analyst to support day-to-day electronic billing processes within the Legal Supplier Management Team. You will use TyMetrix 3600 to manage matter/invoice/budget workflows and ensure compliance with billing procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a university background in business or finance, strong communication skills in English, and experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. No travel required.

Formación

• Pursuit of university degree in business administration or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including SharePoint.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Timekeeper rate management.
• Matter and budget creation with budget approval workflow.
• AFA/Supplier management: understand variety of templates and billing methods.
• Accrual management: track unbilled fees and expenses on matters.
• Understand Accenture billing requirements and codes (LEDES/UTBMS).
• Research invoicing queries and generate reports as needed.
• Interact with attorneys and suppliers to resolve invoice issues.
• Train/assist legal professionals on eBilling systems.
