Rumzer is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will own our website from building pages in Webflow to deploying updates and maintaining health, while applying basic SEO to ensure visibility.

English fluency is required; additional Spanish or German is a plus. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Webmaster, with at least 2 years in Webflow, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role:

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
