Chevron Corp. in Buenos Aires is seeking a Downstream Analyst to join the Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center Team, focusing on order-to-cash processes and customer service.

You will work cross-functionally with pricing, inventory, billing, and master data teams, communicating in English and serving North America and Latin America businesses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or student in business administration required.
• 3 years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, or similar roles.
• Advanced in oral and written English communication with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process multi-channel requests for order-to-cash activities (contracts, master data, pricing, sales orders, billing, and reporting).
• Read, respond to, and manage inquiries received via phone, web-to-case, mobile app, and email.
• Collaborate with pricing, inventory, credit, marketing, quality, and supply teams to address issues.
• Pursue ongoing training to improve technical skills and business knowledge for outstanding customer service.

The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications to join the Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center Team for the Downstream analyst role. In addition to providing Downstream services support, the more than 1000 professionals that work at BASSC, provide expert information technology, human resource, finance, procurement, and solutions to Chevron partners around the globe.

Overview: Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Manage and process multi-channel requests through calls, emails, and chats related to order-to-cash activities (contracts, master data, pricing, sales orders, billing, and reporting).

• Read, respond to, and manage all correspondence received via phone, web-to-case, mobile app, and email concerning inquiries, issues, and customer experiences.

• Collaborate and coordinate with various teams to address issues related to pricing, inventory, credit, marketing, quality, and supply.

• Improves technical skills and business knowledge through ongoing training to effectively perform daily tasks and provide outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or student in a business administration related field.

• 3 years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, or similar roles.

• Advanced in oral and written English communication with analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
