Premier Research is seeking a Director, Statistical Programming Innovation to lead the Biostatistics team's modernization of programming practices and infrastructure. You will drive the adoption of AI-assisted tools, build reusable components, and guide migrations from SAS to R/Python to improve efficiency and compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years of statistical programming experience in CRO or pharmaceutical environments.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• 2+ years of experience as supervisor/manager.
• Strong working proficiency in R for data manipulation, automation and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Defines and drives the technical roadmap for innovating statistical programming practices, tools and infrastructure.
• Evaluate, pilot and implement AI-assisted tools to improve programming efficiency, quality, regulatory and GDPR compliance.
• Lead migration and integration of SAS workflows to R/Python-based solutions.
• Design, build and maintain reusable tools, macros, and templates for consistency across deliverables.
• Provide technical direction for R Shiny applications and dashboards.
• Set standards for Shiny app architecture, performance, and deployment.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and foster a culture of learning.
