Digital Marketing Specialist – Personify Health

Who are you? The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts to the next level. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and proactive professional who excels in a dynamic environment, loves to build from the ground up, and can work independently. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

In this role you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and 6Sense.
• Lead the creation, optimization, and management of high‑impact campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to develop strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Optimize user funnels.
• Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
