AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations, monitor production and staging systems, and improve reliability. You will handle incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and support automation and GitOps workflows.

The role requires weekend migrations, strong AWS experience, and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Join a people‑first culture with awards and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years in SRE/DevOps or production operations.
• Hands-on AWS with production SaaS.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Strong Git fundamentals and GitOps experience.
• Familiar with GitHub, Jira, Confluence in engineering teams.
• Kubernetes (EKS, kOps) experience.
• Observability stack (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki/PagerDuty).
• Scripting in Bash/Python/Go.
• IaC with Terraform/Helm.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Weekend availability for migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments (weekends).
• Monitor production and staging environments in real time for high availability.
• Respond to incidents, perform RCA, support post-incident reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotation with SLAs.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests from Product/Support.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, dashboards, logs, metrics.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce toil.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and workloads.
• Support IaC practices and environment improvements.
