Allata, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. You will implement IaC, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and monitor system health for production-scale environments.

The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-conscious cloud solutions. Fluency in English is required.

Allata is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting production environments, with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code, automation, reliability, and cloud operations. This role will work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure applications can be deployed and operated efficiently at scale.

• Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure for development, staging, and production environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and improve CI/CD processes to enable consistent and reliable application delivery.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement solutions to improve platform reliability.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support engineering teams with infrastructure and deployment requirements.
• Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, balancing reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Proven experience operating production environments and supporting business-critical applications.
• Advanced experience with Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Bicep for Azure infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, security, and resource management.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and pipelines.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with Git and infrastructure version control practices.
• Familiarity with containers and Docker.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Understanding of high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and cloud cost management.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with SRE principles.
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments.
• Experience supporting highly scalable or distributed systems.
• Analytical and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in environments where reliability and availability are critical.
• Able to communicate clearly with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and improving existing processes.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound technical decisions.
• Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work across different teams and client environments.
