Profound is hiring a Design Engineer to bridge design and engineering, delivering polished UI across core product and marketing surfaces. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to translate concepts into high-fidelity implementations, focusing on speed, quality, and accessibility.

You'll own end-to-end delivery, craft pixel-perfect interfaces, and contribute to shared UI foundations. This is an on-site role based in NYC or Buenos Aires, with a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind and TypeScript in production.
• Exceptional CSS skills with ability to build pixel-perfect UIs.
• Portfolio demonstrates high-craft frontend work and design engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship polished, production-quality UI across core product and marketing site.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to translate intent into high-fidelity implementations.
• Refine UI details: layouts, typography, responsiveness, motion, micro-interactions using Tailwind CSS.
• Contribute to marketing site and logged-out experiences with same quality and performance.
• Contribute to shared UI foundations including components, patterns, and design tokens.
• Work across stack using React, Next.js, and TypeScript for fast, reliable interfaces.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and maintainability without compromising design.
• Raise the bar for frontend craft through code reviews and shared standards.
