Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our store-based team. This fast-paced role includes driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, as well as supporting daily store operations and helping customers in the community.

The pay range is $14.75 to $15.50 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, Sundays off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Health Savings Account, and a 401(k) plan. Work hours typically run 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
