Nivii is seeking a Decision Scientist to join the Decision Science team, blending data work, analysis, and AI experimentation. The role focuses on ensuring our agents produce insightful, actionable answers with clean inputs and strong business context.

You will work in a hybrid setup based in Buenos Aires, collaborating weekly in person, and contribute to product features and client-focused AI tuning. Strong English and Spanish are required.

Formación

• Strong analytical background with data-driven mindset.
• Curious and self-taught, able to learn quickly in Gen AI contexts.
• Ability to discuss business context and translate data into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and insights for the business.
• Iterate on agent development: refine prompts and reasoning, evaluate improvements.
• Design and develop internal tools to streamline data analysis workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Commercial teams to tailor AI features to client needs.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality for AI agents.
