ZS is seeking a data-driven consultant for the Insights & Analytics group in Argentina. You will lead studies on reimbursement dynamics, prior authorizations, and step therapy to influence patient access. You will design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Excel, and present findings to clients and internal teams.

You will build strong client relationships, manage workstreams end-to-end, and mentor Associates while traveling as required for client engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement research experience in or serving the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing strategy, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.
• Manage key project workstreams end-to-end, coordinating research design, recruitment, fieldwork, and analysis on deadline.
• Design custom analyses in software such as R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement research experience in or serving the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing strategy, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements
