PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Associate to support mergers and acquisitions, providing insights to drive strategic decisions and mentoring others.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, solving complex financial problems and developing your skills within PwC's global practice.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Degrees in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics or related areas preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
• Evaluate business performance metrics to assess financial health and growth potential.
• Develop financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial forecasts and valuations.
• Review contractual agreements to understand financial implications and obligations.
• Use analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage in deal management activities to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Apply corporate finance principles to assess earnings quality and working capital management.
• Monitor industry trends to inform investment analysis and strategic planning.
