dLocal is seeking a DataOps Technical Referent to design, build, and operate a scalable data-mesh platform. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, automating infrastructure and workflows while improving platform operations and governance.

You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and analytics with a focus on Databricks administration and IaC. This role thrives in fast-paced environments and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Python and Bash scripting abilities.
• SQL proficiency and data tooling experience.
• Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Databricks administration and platform automation.
• Cloud experience, especially AWS; GCP helpful.

Aufgaben

• Build Python components, Terraform modules, and CI/CD pipelines for data platform automation.
• Administer Databricks workspaces, access control, and compute policies.
• Manage Databricks IaC across environments with reusable patterns.
• Support identity, secrets, networking, and integrations with cloud and security teams.
• Operate and optimize Databricks workloads for reliability and cost.
• Integrate APIs and platform tools to automate data operations.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Develop data models, best practices, and documentation for users.
• Establish DataOps and DevOps policies and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and drive issues to resolution.
• Contribute to platform architecture and governance.
